Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about how Taliro works, pricing, the recruitment process, and candidate data.

Getting started

Taliro is a recruitment firm that connects employers with specialist recruiters. You submit a role, Taliro assigns recruiters who know your market, and they source candidates. You review everyone in one place and pay a single success fee when you hire.

Sign in to the Taliro app and select 'New Job'. Provide the title, location, salary range, and key requirements. Taliro reviews your brief and assigns specialist recruiters within 24 to 48 hours.

Typically within 24 to 48 hours of submission. The exact timing depends on the role and market, but sourcing begins as soon as recruiters are assigned.

Taliro assigns one to three specialist recruiters per role, selected based on their track record in the relevant industry, function, and geography.

Pricing and fees

Taliro charges a success fee: a percentage of the hired candidate's annual salary. The percentage varies by country and is shown before you submit a role. There is no retainer, subscription, or upfront cost.

The success fee is charged only when a candidate sourced through Taliro is hired and starts the role. If you do not hire anyone, you pay nothing.

Yes. Every placement includes a guarantee period. If the hired candidate leaves within that period, Taliro restarts the search at no additional cost.

Candidates and data

Every candidate gives explicit consent before their profile is shared with you. Taliro complies with GDPR and does not share candidate data without permission.

No. Candidates are sourced by specialist recruiters and approached directly. This means you receive profiles from people who have been vetted and who are genuinely interested in the role.

All candidates appear in the Taliro app. You can review profiles, provide feedback, shortlist, and track progress for every open role in one place.

For recruiters

Apply through the recruiter application form on the Taliro website. Provide your specialisation, markets, and experience. Taliro reviews applications and onboards recruiters who meet the quality and specialisation criteria.

Taliro matches recruiters to roles based on their track record, sector expertise, and geographic coverage. Each role is assigned to one to three recruiters who have demonstrated success in similar placements.
