Employers come to Taliro with open positions. The Taliro team reviews each role and matches it to recruiters in the network based on specialization, industry, and geography. You receive an invitation with full role details, the employer brief, and the fee structure.

You decide whether to accept. If you do, you source and submit candidates through Taliro. Candidates give explicit consent before their details reach the employer. The employer reviews, interviews, and hires through the same system.

When a placement is made, you earn a success fee. The percentage is set per country and visible before you accept the role. Taliro retains a share and pays you the rest. One invoice, handled by Taliro.
