Recruiter Relations Manager - Spain
Taliro is a B2B recruitment marketplace that connects employers with vetted independent recruiters across Europe. We give SMBs and startups access to specialist recruitment talent without the opacity and lock-in of traditional agencies. We are early-stage, product-driven, and building something that challenges how hiring gets done.
The Role
You will own the supply side of our marketplace in Spain. That means sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality independent recruiters and boutique agencies. You are the bridge between Taliro's platform and the recruiter community - responsible for making sure the right recruiters are active, engaged, and delivering results for employers on the platform.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be building a network from scratch, defining what "quality" looks like for our recruiter base in Spain, and feeding insights back into product and operations.
What You Will Do
- Identify, approach, and onboard independent recruiters and small agencies across Spain, with a focus on tech, commercial, and professional services verticals.
- Develop and execute the vetting process for new recruiters: track record validation, specialization mapping, and performance benchmarking.
- Manage ongoing recruiter relationships: activation, engagement, issue resolution, and churn prevention.
- Monitor recruiter performance on the platform (fill rates, time-to-submit, employer satisfaction) and intervene where needed.
- Build feedback loops between recruiters and the product/operations team to improve platform usability and matching quality.
- Contribute to the recruiter value proposition: referral programs, incentive structures, community initiatives.
- Collaborate with the employer-side team to ensure recruiter supply aligns with demand by sector, seniority, and geography.
- Report on supply-side KPIs: recruiter activation rate, pipeline coverage, NPS, retention.
